MY BIRTHDAY PHOTO DIARY: PART 1

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThey say good things come in 3. This week I turned a year older, was spoilt with presents and delicious dining experiences by my nearest and dearest and got to relaunch my new blog design after being offline for 3 WEEKS! It’s good to be back guys! This is Part 1 of my Birthday Photo Diary.

We kicked off the day with a trip to The Classic Carboot in Kings Cross. The area right behind the station has been completely re-gentrified, which is a dirty word to some Londoners. Considering the area was a wasteland before it’s nice to see the space being used as a weekly carboot with lots of place to brunch and explore.

It’s a fiver to enter the carboot (£4 if you purchase entry ahead of the day online). We spent a couple of hours immersed in a total retro throwback. Vinyl blared out as traders who lived for the decade of their choice flogged their wares. Some visitors were really in the spirit and came in full vintage dress. There’s so much to rummage through and see here with plenty of pop up food and drink stalls. It was the perfect way to while away the afternoon.

We had a quick Burrito pitstop before heading back for a mini chill before glamming up for dinner.

For the PM/Part 2 check back tomorrow.
