Clean and Comfy everyday wear that is stylish; if that isn’t up the top of every women’s style wish list then please re-educate me?
The exaggerated and oversized shapes of the season are not only easy to wear, convenient for most daily activities, they are comfortable and so chic. Man repellent dressing at it’s best, these outfits were made for women to be appreciated by other women. I am enjoying pairing trainers with my funnel neck jumpers and tailored trousers to keep the look sporty. It’s amazing to me how well a tailored pant, minimal jewels and clutch blends with a pair of New Balance. It’s fresh, exciting and new new new. I say Trainers with EVERYTHING.
These grey ASOS trousers are on my wish-list and this particular pair are ankle grazers with big panelled pleats. Voluminous trousers of any length are slowly pushing out the skinny jean/trouser. A more relaxed, boyfriend/mom style of jean is dominating the seasons ahead. It’s a bit like when high waisted jeans came in and we said good riddance to unattractive stomach overhang forevs. Well now thighs can take refuge in the roominess of the trousers to come. The benefits of the volume trend is not just about disguising saddles bags, I like how the focus shifts to the cut of the clothes and the way an outfit is styled rather than the limbs that embody them.
