I am constantly searching for cute little summer #ootd inspiration online. Scrolling through my fav fashtags trying to conjure up a look for the next 20+ degrees day London bestows upon us.
Post Croatia holiday and having reached my peak-tanning colour for the year I’m getting my legs out at every possible opportunity. I picked up this leather wrap mini skirt from & Other stories a few months ago now but it’s still very available online and in store. It was one of those investment pieces at £125 I had to come up with 3 solid reasons for picking it up. 1. It’s all-seasonal and works in winter with tights and summer with bare legs 2. The shape is timeless and totally minimal and modern as well as feeling a little 60’s vintage inspired. 3. It feels quality and the leather is buttery soft.
This day I paired it with a cropped summer blouse with a polka dot print, voluminous sleeves and a cute cut out tie up back. It’s from Zara and it’s no longer online but still in store but I’ve linked a few alternatives below in shapes I really like so you got a few options hon.
Jewellery and shoes are both silver to tie in with the silver hardware on the leather mini skirt. You guys are probably sick of seeing these Topshop Extra Large silver hoops but they are my go to’s. I picked up these New Look silver mules for £15 AND they real leather too. They go with everything and feed my metallic shoe obsession.
I did think about a black bag but opted for my classic speedy 30 by Louis Vuitton, which is my FAV everyday/goes with anything, bag.
Sunnies are by Rayban and lipstick is Shiseido.
Praying the sun comes back soon before my legs tan is gone forever…
