Wahoo August Pay Day has arrived so I’m rounding up of all the materialistic must-haves that have caught my eye throughout July! No, these won’t change your life or make you a better person but they will probably make you happy and give that “spending high” that I get when I spend £££.
Let’s kick it off with some sexy stationary. Anyone who doesn’t get a thrill when buying new stationary is not someone I personally want to know, kay. This 5 Subject Notebook from Paperchase caught my eye because it practically organises my notes and thoughts itself.
Great for bloggers and vloggers who need to separate their workload and keep notes separate like, blog topics, vlogging schedules, content ideas and any financial/contact details.
3 months ago I got 3 new holes pierced into my left ear with the idea of having silver graduated hoops through them. The holes are all healed up now so I’m getting these Sterling silver graduated mini hoop pack from ASOS to fulfil my ear accessory dreams.
Last word in Contouring
This is perhaps the last word in contouring, especially since it’s totally all about strobing now, right? (watch this space I’m working on a vlog). I love this easy, 3 step Contouring powder kit by Smashbox that comes with a really decent brush and big mirror. Fool proof contouring, trust me you’ll smash (box) it.
Home and interiors are taking over my Pinterest boards right now. I loved the dip dye trend when we were all colouring our hair and the love doesn’t stop when it comes to soft furnishings. This chunky graduated grey-hued throw pillow is handmade and so unique! They aren’t cheap but top points for uniqueness and supporting handcrafts. From Etsy of course 🙂
Good Vibes all round
More from Esty is this “Good Vibes” printed artwork poster to remind yourself to always look on the bright side of life because no one else is going to remind you, so you might as well let a pretty inspirational wall poster do it.
This Joseph Elle Tie front dress from Net-a-Porter is saying lots of good things to me right now and is perfect as we transition into September, late summer/autumn wardrobes. I’m getting maximum Celine vibes here and also minimal, minimal vibes (!??).
Blue Lashes and Peach hair
I have NOT been away on holiday yet and this Clarins Radiance Plus Golden Glow Booster has been a lifesaver so I don’t stand out like a pint of milk against all my golden toned peers. A few drops into my regular moisturiser and you get the most amazing natural and odourless tan that last about 3 days.
Before the tan happens, this Skin Brightening Body Polish by Balance Me happens. I knew this would be a hit in my shower after smelling the zingy spearmint scent. I scrub it straight on to dry legs for maximum exfoliation before getting wet. The must have pre-tanner leg prep.
