This week I needed a sleek outfit that purrred with sophistication. The volume trend is taking over my wardrobe at the moment; voluminous culottes and tailoring. But the real star of the show are my new Caty Sunglasses by Celine from Smart Buy Glasses which do amazing designer sunnies deals. I happily dressed my whole ensemble around the Caty frames in an ode to one of my favourite designers.
These beautifully weighted and super-luxe frames are clean and minimal but make a statement the way Celine’s beautiful designs do. The 3 steel pins on the front and side corners are a trademark of the brand’s glasses instead of showing the brand name on the leg. For me Celine sunglasses inspire confidence and timeless style.
Clean lines, minimal voluminous shapes including an ankle cropped cream Palazzo Trouser in a slightly blush, nude-cream from Topshop.
Summer knitwear is super cute and a 90’s trend that seems to have revived itself. My chunky cream knit vest top is from Zara in the sale last summer but there are plenty of newer styles at Zara right now. I have my eye on this knitted V neck tank currently on sale!
To add a touch of tailoring I layered on my Forever 21 Sleeveless Blazer.
My slip on loafers are by Tibi and I adore them. I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to wear and open back mule, these smarten up any outfit and have casual-luxe feel. The Olsen Twins can’t get enough of this shoe! Unfortunately these are sold out everywhere but I have found some incredible Forever 21 dupes if you don’t mind sacrificing leather for faux.
Simple accessorising via my sleek Skagen watch and keeping the mixed metal theme going I paired it with some simple bangles in gold, rose gold and silver from Aldo and Finery.
AND the clutch bags to end all clutch bags, I am carrying this statement/non statement Balenciaga Large Cotton and Calfskin clutch bag.
